1. Website use
Website content is provided for general information about Artificial Grass SA products, services and completed projects. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, copy substantial content for commercial use without permission, or falsely represent an association with Artificial Grass SA.
2. Information and imagery
Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate. Product colours, textures and appearance may vary because of photography, screens, manufacturing batches, lighting, pile direction, wear and site conditions. Project photographs are illustrative and do not guarantee an identical result at another site.
3. Quotations and measurements
Indicative discussions or website information are not a binding quotation. Final pricing, specifications, quantities, lead times and exclusions must be confirmed in writing. Measurements and site conditions may need to be verified before an order is accepted.
4. Site access and preparation
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the site and disclose known services, drainage issues, access restrictions, hazardous materials, structural concerns or other relevant conditions. Hidden or unexpected conditions may require revised work, additional cost or a programme change.
5. Variations and delays
Changes requested after acceptance, additional work, unsuitable ground conditions, restricted access, weather, supplier delays or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect price and completion dates. Material variations should be agreed in writing.
6. Payment
Payment timing, deposits, progress payments and final balances are set out in the written quotation or agreement. Ownership of unfixed goods may remain with the supplier until paid for where permitted by law.
7. Warranties
Warranty coverage is governed by the written project documents and the separate Warranty page. Normal wear, misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorised alterations, animals, vandalism, flooding, fire, subsidence and conditions outside the agreed scope may be excluded.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Artificial Grass SA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or matters outside the agreed project scope.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing formal remedies.
